These tracks feature Nick on vocals and guitar with John Chris and Kostas. All the engineering and production is by Jason Foster at Alchemia, and he's done an excellent job. We recorded it "live" in the studio, just like in the olden days.
Purple and Black newish song written by John, this version is a bit thrashier than intended.
Co-consentor Kostas's grinding tune with Craig's lyrical homage to the Torture Garden.
General Franco's Driver Another new song from John, stolen from Nick Cave's Wanted Man, which was stolen from a half remebered Bob Dylan tune, so the copyright court case could be interesting. It's about people's stories, ordinary people extraordinary lives- all of it is true, except for one line. The next version you hear of this will be more bluesy- probably.
